After years building AI systems at scale inside a major fintech, receipt parsing, intelligent routing, support automation, the conclusion was simple: the most interesting work happens at the frontier, and the frontier moves faster when you're not waiting for approvals.

AI agents are changing what's possible for a small operation. A lean team with the right systems can now move at a pace and quality that used to require a much larger one. NaminalStack is the ongoing experiment in what that actually looks like. Running the whole operation on agents, building solutions for businesses that want the same leverage, and publishing what we learn.
